The Interim Injunction Order on the Postal Ballot passed by the Hon’ble Court of the II Addl. Chief Judge, City Civil Court, Hyderabad on 08.10.2014 has been vacated on 31.03.2015 in pursuance whereof the Report on the Postal Ballot dated 01.04.2015 as submitted by the Scrutinizer is displayed on the website of the Company for information of Members.

The Resolutions proposed in the Notice have been carried by majority as per the Scrutinizer’s Report.
